More progress on the dictionary build: fonts

Spent a while looking at various font options and testing them for suitability for the site, and discussed this also at the project meeting with ML. I believe we have a good option to work with, but we will have to make at least one modification to all eight fonts in the family, so there will be some finicky font-editing down the road. Also did more work on the basic page template and rendering of footer components.
