More progress on the dictionary build

I now have the dictionary build forking appropriately for the two languages and putting CSS and JS in place for both sites. There is a rough template file for the HTML pages, and I have the AJAX build process working, although most of the templates are still not there. I think I have the basic process mapped out, and now it’s just a question of working through the mechanics and implementing an initial design. Since the XML structure of examples and entries is still in a state of flux I don’t want to do too much at the detail level yet, but we have a two-week window to get something readable in place before the meeting with the language committee so it’s now at the top of my priority list.
