DHQ editor work

On Monday, completed the XML encoding of the article by myself and JT, and uploaded it to the DHQ OJs system, letting the editor know and asking for any changes that might need to be made.
Got a request on Wednesday for all the author info and bios, so created a spreadsheet and sent out emails for the info.
