DHQ editor work

Set up to encode mine and JT’s article using the DHQ schema, and got as far as the first part of the header before having to send a question about a missing taxonomy file for keywords. Hope to get this encoding done in a week, but we’ll see.
On Wednesday, got the header and the bibliography finished, and made a start on the intro.
On Thursday, encoded to the end of section 3, and renamed images for appropriate inclusion.
On Friday, encoded to the end of section 5.
