DHQ editor work

Over several meetings, JJ and I figured out the DHQ build process and the encoding patterns, and made all the initial proofing corrections from authors and from our own re-reads. The we posted copies of the built articles for a final proof from authors.
Final proofing corrections came in, and we have been working on them and corresponding with authors.
On 23rd, did more final corrections; one question still outstanding with one author.
On 24th, finished all the remaining corrections we have to this point; I think we are going to be ready for a pull request early next week.
