Fixes to UVic Library repository links

The Despatches project includes a map collection with over 200 maps, and most of these were originally linked to copies of the maps also held by the UVic Library in its CONTENTdm system. In 2021, that system was replaced by the new Vault, and at that time I got from DS a spreadsheet mapping the titles of maps to their new URLs, but did not get through the process of converting the links because 39 of the mappings did not work. However, since the old links have been broken for a while, we need to move on this, so I ran the conversion, and then started investigating the broken ones. It looks like none of those maps are in the new Vault location at all, so I’ve ended up just removing the original links. I updated the XSLT to correctly caption the new links, and while I was in there, I added an Endings-compliance logo to the footer. I ended up doing a complete release of edition 2.5.
