On the 24th JL came by to review the new site before release, and is going to propose some
changes to the home page. Meanwhile, I made the changes to switch the build process
over to producing pages containing <meta charset="UTF-8"/> instead
of the old content-type setting produced by Saxon, which required adding a new
post-processing step for the page produced by staticSearch. That may be useful
anyway if we reconfigure search filters in the future.
On Tuesday we got instructions from JL for changes to the home page, and PS and I did those; I also normalized single quotes and apostrophes across the site info pages, spellchecked all those pages, and fixed some obsolete links.
