Finished copyediting one article and passed it on to SL; consolidated author changes in another, ready for encoding; reminded delinquent reviewers; and a couple of other housekeeping tasks.
With JJ and SA: finalized and submitted the bid document for TEI 2017.
Copyediting. Half-way through a long one.
Made a start on the proposal and shared it out.
Three more articles are ready for final proofing; did a bit of work on those, and distributed URLs to the interested parties.
Still tidying up problems resulting from the GitHub move (broken URLs for nvdl validation, for instance) and following up on broken URLs from link checker.
New ticket raised and fixed based on discussion on TEI-L; configuration and user management on both the Oxford and the UVic Jenkins servers.
Consolidating article returned by authors after copyedit; updating tracking document; reminding a few reviewers whose reviews are overdue; and so on.
TEI Council telco at 7 this morning; then lots of follow-up work on urgent rewrite of the build process to handle switch from SF svn to GitHub git. This is very messy. I'm learning more than I want to about the vagaries of Makefile syntax.
Spent a couple of hours reading and discussing with GN before the meeting, then a meeting and a bit of follow-up after. All seems on track. There are specific edits I need to make to tech parts of the description and to my own desc in the team document.
