Preparation for and meeting with RM:

• Began renaming files on home1t/vicpoems, but soon discovered that various people have claimed ownership of those files and disabled group write. Wrote to sysadmin to get that fixed.
• I have a half-completed list of filename changes; I'll complete those when I can, and then I'll have to do the same thing in the database.
• Rewrote some of the documentation on file naming to remove some ambiguity about folder names. There are still some screenshots to tweak there.
• Asked sysadmin to add rm to vicpoems group.
• Met with RM, and went through the instructions and the situation. She'll work on existing scans, and come back on Friday to go through the uploading procedure, when the system-level stuff has been completed.
