Made some changes to the Hispanital site at the department's request.

Updated the English dept site with the latest zip, using Greg's script, after testing first on the test install in one of our accounts. Everything works pretty well; Greg's still tweaking, but the script will definitely do the job for the English dept folks. Once all outstanding issues with old content have been resolved, we can set them up with the script, and hand over daily updates to them.

Pending a long-term solution to Mike Best's site location, I fixed a link on the old site faculty page so that users can find their way to his stuff more easily (it was an absolute link, rather than relative, so it wasn't working in the new location).

Also we took a look through the source code of a java library the ISE has produced, prior to installing it into the Cocoon tree on Mustard, and restarting Cocoon.
