updated staff page to replace Peter with Elizabeth and tidied up a couple of other things

Also discovered that the search box was looking in the domain web.uvic.ca/hcmc and returning no hits on any search string. Changed the code so the search box looks at the domain hcmc.uvic.ca and appropriate returns appear.
