I'm no longer on Council but I sat in on the TEI build/release process the other day and finished off the last bit (oxygen-tei plugin) when it got too late for the other timezones. As a result, I sat in this morning on the Council telco to discuss the build process, which is more complicated than it used to be and has a lot of wrinkles.
