There were a lot of id collisions in the spreadsheet online, so I went through all the potential errors and fixed all those which were obviously different people. There's now a small number of cases where the name is different, but not much, so they're probably the same person. Then reworked the conversion process to create the XML personography so that it produces more nuanced output for the treaty signatories, and also worked on the process that builds this stuff into the ODD/schema so that the popup hints are more human-readable and helpful.
