Started preliminary work on the map today:

• Looked at all the available options for a tile server, and summarized the options and implications for DH. He will consider what we do.
• Created a simple pilot using the MapBox tile server to get us started. It shows Canada and is centred and sized appropriately for startup.
• Wrote, tested and debugged the code for creating GeoJSON from the placeography. The result is (currently) a 250K file, which is acceptable. There is an ant task for this, but it's not yet called as part of the regular build.
• Re-acquainted myself with the work I'd previously done on postal codes, and confirmed that the process I'd envisaged will work. It consists in getting the postcode from the user, dynamic-loading the AJAX file for the three-letter prefix, and finding from that the location.
