Received a couple of requests from the French dept to update their site, but the password I had no long worked. Contacted helpdesk and sysadmins to get most recent change-of-password timestamp and updated couple of people in French on that. Heard back from the department that one of the secretaries had changed the password and had forgotten to tell me, and the requests had not been coming through her, so she didn't realize the problem. How have the new password
