Went up to David Scott's office to investigate report that his ftp client (which turned out to be FireFTP extension to Firefox) was failing to upload and download. It did work while I was there, but rather unreliably. Tried installing Filezilla, but it would not run (probably a problem with him running older version of OS X).

Recommended that he download and install either cyberduck (free) or Transmit (US$30). He's gone for 10 days, but will do that when he returns.
