With Judy figured out that problem was not with two items in the navigation scheme but with links within the text of the apply page in the students section. Helped Judy work out the specific problem (pathname mis-spelled and a missing ../ in each instance). Tested changes and reported back to webcoor as there was no other contact info in email we received.
