set up restricted folder for English faculty

Correspond with LS of English regarding setup of a folder whose access is restricted to members of the department of English. Originally thought we'd create a new account for the purpose (got a secondary account issued for the purpose), but then he decided to include it in the English department site in the english account. That account is generated from a Content Management System, so he contacted Mario to make appropriate changes in the CMS and send those out to the english account. I then modified the .htaccess file Mario had included to get the appropriate behaviour. Tested and seems to be working. Reported back to LS and Mario.
