Somehow the content for the graduate students page was duplicated into the graduate program page. I checked the code controlling those pages and couldn't see any problems with it. I then got a backup copy of the graduate program page and copied that in. Then tested with the inline editor and everything seemed fine.

Also updated the list of prerequsites PDF file for Minor in Applied Ethics
