Have spent hours working through the code in the plguins/generic/referral/ReferralPlugin.inc.php file primarily as an example of how to trap for events within a page to include/exclude chunks (rather than trapping for the event launching the page itself and then trying to rewrite the whole page with whatever elements I want). Have not been able to get that to work. No errors, but no indication that I'm successfully trapping the event on the page I'm trying to trap for (include file="sectionEditor/submission/peerReview.tpl").

Estimate about seven hours last week and 12 this week, with essentially nothing to show for it.
