Added Wards as a new layer. Added Agas_Labels_Wards as new layer. Modelled their configuration on Churches and Agas_Labels_Churches. The boundary lines for the Wards appear (took a bit of twiddling to get just the outlines to appear at the right opacity). Used the Load Annotation interface in the MoL Administration tool to create new database records from the most recent agas svg file. Then used the map-layer window to ensure each label layer was affiliated with the correct annotation category. The churches, sites, markings, liveries labels all appear. The wards labels (which seem to be identical structurally) do not. The street labels (which are created from the streets-lbl section of the db and not from the streets section in the way all the other label categories are) do not appear. I'm running out of ideas as to how to get the newly created ward labels and the street labels (which recently I put into their own group) to appear.
