In order to handle some specific needs in HC's poem, I've revised the ODD file and schema to enable wider use of the @rend attribute:

• Created a new ODD file and RNG schema.
• Modified the XSLT and CSS to handle the new requirements.
• Also modified the JS so that it automatically shows the full (first) reading when you load the page.
• Marked up a third poem (an e e cummings concrete poem) to show how to use margin-left effectively.
• Revised the markup instructions to cover this.
• Updated the site and created a new downloadable package.
