getting connection errors when trying to edit records in the Siberian DB using the adaptive DB. Turns out that the connection config was using the user_read instead of the user_admin user and password, so db correctly wasn't allowing writes, but failed inelegantly. Fixed that. Martin suggested that we may as well update the instance of the adaptive db code in the Siberian site, which we did. It has a more sophisticated user-handling setup than the earlier instance did. I tested it successfully BenI later tried it successfully, so it's in operation.
