The problem is that you still have the task of creating the web-page front end that communicates with their ecommerce server. It's not a huge deal, but does require someone that is comfortable writing web pages in a text editor and following their precise requirements. The transaction costs are low, though.

It might be better and faster (and cheaper if you have to pay for a developer to complete the option above) for you to get an account with regonline.ca. That service does charge $4 per registrant, but it provides you with an interface that allows you to generate and modify your registration forms easily.
