English 500: preparing for class

Started on English 500 prep:

Checked the list of poems suggested and identified two we've already done.
Pulled up ids for the remaining poems and copied their XML data to a new anthology_2016 folder.
Checked and fixed some bugs in the package generation code (including missing xpr file).
Added some Schematron to the schema to constrain filename/@xml:id matching. In the process discovered a TEI Stylesheets bug, diagnosed it and bug-reported it.
Generated the student package with the sign-up sheet; tested all image links on it.
Tested the package on a local machine. Haven't yet tested in the teaching room, because it was in use today.
