Early work on an Indonesian unit about the -kan suffix

Spent some time discussing the grammar points with PMP, and in the end we figured that rather than "explain" grammar, it would make more sense to take a lexical approach, and teach a substantial number of verbs which use the -kan suffix, leaving the learner to infer the groupings into which grammarians place them (objective/transitive, causative, instrumental, benefactive/prepositional).
PMP has created some example sentences, and will add more. We'll also work through the vocab list in the textbook to find all the examples we can, next week.
