At Helen Rezanowich's request, I created a new Agenda account for a department administrator for the Women's Studies department. In creating that, I discovered a bug in the Create New Account feature of the Super Administrator user: if the department name contains an apostrophe character, that apostrophe is confused with the apostrophes used to delimit end of strings in the php and so a server error is generated and no new account is created.

After creating the account (without the apostrophe), I informed Helen of the login details.
