Assembled pdf file from half a dozen rtf files sent by Liz, posted it to the site and updated the necessary links. Investigated an easy way for her to do this herself in Windows and came up with CutePDF. She's interested in trying it, so I'll set up a time when she returns from a vacation after next week.
