ASLE site live on web

Made a few tweaks to the collection of mostly empty pages for the ASLE site and moved them from the dev directory into the www directory. Using javascript to write out the document.lastModified date - Safari seems to have a problem with document.lastModified, so I'm outputting an empty string if the call fails.
