DP requested that each of the call for submission forms submit to a separate text file (rather than all to one). Created duplicate directory with modified php and js and got his approval. Forgot to create new txt files in the production directory, then forgot to move all the modified files from the development directory to the production directory. Made necessary changes and all is now well.
