Met with HBS on Wednesday, the first proper ATOP meeting this year.
We discussed (again) the question of how to uniquely characterize/identify
an <elementSpec>, and concluded that it must be @ident
+ @ns, in contradiction of RV’s recent conclusion that it should
be @ident + @prefix. We also worked on HBS’s pipelining
branch, which (after a few tweaks) turned out to be working very well, and is only
undermined by the fact that p5subset.xml is currently invalid (a problem I fixed
in a ticket/PR which will be in the next release of TEI, so the problem will vanish).
