TEI and ATOP 2025-01-20 to 2025-01-24

Over the weekend and Monday, triaged all my own tickets on the TEI and Stylesheets repos to make sure nothing remained that should be ready for the release this week. Looked at a couple of PRs for SB.
On Wednesday, the ATOP meeting was usurped so that we could focus on PRs ahead of the TEI release this week.
On Thursday set up new Jenkins jobs for the release branches, and started debugging different build problems occurring on the two Jenkinses; one issue remains unsolved awaiting morning in Europe when the owner of the main server will be available.
Friday was release day, and I spent about an hour debugging issues with the release, then met with JT and GR as the GIS Working Group to create a survey for the TEI community on how they work with GIS in TEI.
