Meeting re archival materials and upload protocols

Met with TS to go through proposed changes to the protocols. We agreed to split the document in two: half will be instructions to the researchers relating to permissions documents, file and folder naming, metadata and uploading to GD, while the other half will constitute the instructions for RAs and HCMC staff regarding putting that material onto home1t, generating PDFs from image folders, and so on. Meanwhile, discussions about sample materials for the spotlights are taking place this week, so we may well see some useful stuff appearing soon.
