Over the weekend worked with SK on some file ownership and permissions issues, but will probably have to have her come in to fix some things at the command line.
On Thursday, after discussions with SK about file permissions, sent a request into Sysadmin to see if we can get sudo to run a group reset and permission fix script, to avoid this perennial problem.
