Solving some problems with YW

In PS’s absence I helped YW deal with a couple of problems in her work on the PhoneticDB, among them:
- A strange Chinese character that was handwritten in an old version of the materials, and is missing from the current version. We were unable to find it anywhere, so it remains omitted. A Cantonese speaker could probably help solve the mystery.
- Problems with validation, which turned out to be caused by the fact that the file she was working on was saved in the root of the project, not in the xhtml folder, so it was being validated by Oxygen with the wrong schema. We svn-moved it and solved the problem.
- One specific English gloss was surrounded by single quotes, whereas none of the others were. There seems to be no reason for it, so I suggested dropping the quotes, which are a bit confusing.
- Headings are missing from the table of Yale Cantonese, so she’s going to supply them based on the older version.
