Added OG metadata elements to MyNDIR

Following a request from NH and a discussion with the team, MyNDIR becomes the first of our sites to get explicit Open Graph Protocol metadata tags. I implemented the tags, and NH will create an image for the site. Then the following day, added an og:image:alt per NH; testing proves that it works as expected, so we can now roll out this approach to other sites.
