On Monday, PAB came in with a report of missing index entries, which we debugged; it turned out to be
caused by omission of the @n attribute on the naming elements for the items concerned.
Because elements such as <title>, <persName> etc. are used
within the explanatory text for items in the *ographies, those which are intended to be harvested
to create the index must be flagged with the @n attribute. Fixed a few dozen of these
errors. Also we discovered many remaining broken links using the old names.xml path, where
the paths had been misspelled and therefore not caught by the many search-and-replace operations I’ve done
since switching to <prefixDef>s. PAB will fix these.
