On Tuesday, worked through the latest set of requests for changes to the print dictionary and website output. One of these proved to be a reversal of a prior decision from a year ago, but it took me a while to figure out what was going on. It’s not uncommon for decisions to be taken and then forgotten about and reversed later, when a project goes on long enough.
On Wednesday, some emails discussing the print document and the issue of homographic entries and whether/how they could be numbered.
On Thursday, focused on the instances of multiple whitespace reported by EH, and managed to handle all of them (I think) in preprocessing, so we don’t have to modify the data itself. Then did a couple more fixes for the PDF output.
On Friday, added a new diagnostic at SK’s request.
