On Monday, continued working through the PDF to-do list, completing some major issues, and discussed others with SK and ECH.
On Tuesday, continued working through the list of changes to be made for the print dictionary, which is now considerable, and made some significant progress, but the build process is getting more and more special-casey, and I think eventually parts of it will need to be refactored.
On Wednesday, did more of the changes, including lots of abbreviation of note content.
On Thursday, did all the remaining changes which are not going to be the subject of future discussions, and met with SK to thrash out some details of some of those. The page-count is coming down.
On Friday, continued working through the remaining change requests, and discussed some new problems arising (such as increased page-count) with SK.
