Switched the capitalization of the language name to use a lower-case initial, first in the PDF build and then in the website, and then dealt with any fallout.
Then implemented and tested three Schematron rules per instructions from SK, to constrain the use of certain characters (mainly various types of quotation mark and apostrophe) in various contexts.
