Over the weekend and on Monday, did two lots of updates from SI. Then on Wednesday, suppressed the old place TOC page on the public site, to avoid confusion; some people may have bookmarked it, so getting a 404 and forcing them to go to the home page and use the menu may help.
Also on Wednesday, got a small new batch of updates from SI and made those changes, then published a new version of the public site.
