On Monday, addressed a problem we really hadn’t anticipated: a pair of couples with exactly the same names and no children, meaning both husbands are 100% matches for each wife. Worked around this clash temporarily by adding (2) to the surname of one of the couples. We can reverse this as soon as the split has taken place.
On Tuesday, met with NA and MA and did the actual split, as well as planning the next steps. Then wrote code to generate a lot of spreadsheets for the team to be using while they wait for the next site to be working. Then started work on the full site build we’re going to need very soon.
On Thursday, kept pushing on with the site build process; got the initial expansion phase working and tested -- all relationships are now replicated on all people to whom they apply -- and then started putting the pieces in place for a site build. Also lots of discussion on corrections and additions with NA.
On Friday, spent more or less all day on the build process, and got basic pages for people rendering, although data content is not yet working; implemented location-to-region mapping, and troubleshot missing locations.
