Meeting with MA and SA on Wednesday, during which we revised the budget and made detailed plans for next steps; we need to get the missing reel 9313 transcribed and encoded ASAP, and there is a candidate RA for this.
As preparation for NA starting work at very short notice, figured out how to install the Pinta snap on Poirot and got it working, then looked at the original encoding instructions with SA and created a file for the missing C-9313 reel. This work is actually catch-up for the Landscapes project, but these two projects are overlapping a lot.
On Friday, NA and MA came in, and NA downloaded and processed the images from the reel; I have a local backup of them. It appears that many of the case files in this reel are incomplete or fragmentary, so there may be some more detective work to do before we’re done with the reel.
