Adding title attribute to assist encoders

Github ticket #1 over three weeks ago asked for the addition of a title attribute to bibl entries so that encoders could easily find out their id for linking purposes. I’ve finally got around to it, and in the progress cleaned up some aging XSLT code. There’s more of that to do, though.
