Met with MM, GN, PS, IN, IH, and LL to discuss a migration process for the MR. Also crawled the site to get an overview of what there is and how it works. The initial approach will be to use Oxygen with an HTML schema as in EB11, and the scale of the site suggests that a single full-site build-and-release model will work fine for the scale of the site.
