MAJW: Redirecting old pages

Following a discussion in a team meeting, I retrieved a backup of MAJW 0.8 from Zenodo and generated a sitemap from it, then compared it with the current sitemap to generate a (relatively short) list of pages from that release that are missing from the current build. The team can now redirect those. Later, I tested a custom 404 page setup using .htaccess, but it didn’t work; the VirtualHost may need to allow overrides, which we will discuss next week.
