Over the weekend and today, wrote the full conversion code for the new encoding patterns, along with lots of XSpec testsso the conversion was ready to go.
On Tuesday, took on the conversion and managed to get the whole of the XSLT rewritten and the site working again. Also figured out why the network map was no longer working -- some CSS had been deleted somehow in August -- and got it going again. Removed some now-obsolete diagnostics and added a couple more for our new setup.
