On Tuesday, wrote and tested a utility lib to consolidate the relation
elements on person records so that each relationship has only one element,
but sources are all collected in the @source attribute. I can
run this once JP has finished working for the day. During the day worked with
JP to clarify a few more issues around our encoding strategies.
