Got back to looking at the bibliographical data, and with AB’s help,
figured out that we need a <listBibl> with <msDesc>s
for the primary source manuscripts, and another <listBibl> with
<bibl> children for the secondary surrogates, which are mostly
20th- and 21st-century editions of the MS content.
On Friday, met with AB and worked out a detailed plan for mapping the db data to TEI structures, which I’ll implement next week.
