Getting started on generating Turtle

We now have sample Turtle data we can use to create output for ingestion into LINCS, so I’ve started work on a build file and XSLT. So far it’s pretty straightforward, but I’ve raised a couple of queries with the LINCS folks, and I won’t push forward with it until I’ve got responses. The output data is going to be substantial, so I’ve set it up in such as way that you can generate a subset or the full set, and it’s going to be a manually-run process rather that a Jenkins default task because we don’t want to add to the MoEML build time.
